Who am I?

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, mother, wife, friend, horse rider, runner and approachable person.
I qualified in 2001 from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and have practiced hypnotherapy ever since. Using hypnotic techniques enabled me to have all three home births with my children.
As a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and I abide by their Codes of Conduct including maintaining my Continued Professional Development learning new skills and developing systems of my own.
I am also a certified user of the Arrow Technique for physical and emotional pain.
To improve my professional knowledge I completed a degree in Nutritional Medicine in 2010. I continue with my own CPD that allows me to understand other aspects of life that may be impacting the issues presented. I use products from Lily and Loaf and Metabolics who offer a full range of supplements, herbs and essential oils for you, your family and your pets.
I have a DBS from Leicestershire County Council and Essential Life Support training as of September 2019.
