DAY 2 - The Twelve Thoughts before Christmas

How was Day 1? Was it easy or more difficult than you thought?

Here's a reminder of what we're doing:

With all this rushing about before Christmas, we tend to lose ourselves a bit. I thought I would help to keep you focussed on yourselves, just for a few minutes a day. That way you'll be more grounded allowing you to enjoy the Christmas break and change of routine to the fullest extent. They should also help you be more focussed on your New Year Resolutions.

These questions will help you know yourself better but there are a few rules.

1. Be kind to yourself

2. Focus on what you can do/do want NOT what you don't do/don't want i.e. For the first one say "I'm curious about things, excitable, short, etc" NOT "Well, I'm not a film star"

3. While the questions are insightful so have fun with them and be honest

4. These questions are not just for Christmas (and New Year). Revisit them every few months to keep on track and note the changes
