DAY 10 - The Twelve Thoughts before Christmas
What did you do for your health yesterday? How did it feel? How about doing something else for your health today? Keep it simple: one less drink, less chocolate, more water, went for a walk. Maybe make a list of things like this that make you feel good or help you sleep better. Changes in your body wont be instant but you're helping it out if you tend to over do things over Christmas.
